About Us

Originally named “Zach Of All Trades”, the original business was founded in 2009 as a remodeling contracting company. Then, in 2014 the business started offering services related to office furniture and moving. In 2022 the business was renamed to Acclaimed Property Solutions to better fit the services offered.

With over 2 decades of construction trades and related experience APS predominantly offers office furniture services including new/used furniture sales, delivery, installation, reconfiguration, moving, disposal, storage, and refurbishment. APS is not limited to just commercial offices.

Owner Zach Sessions started his career in the construction trades at a young age. As a child, his father knew that it was important to have him help with as many construction projects as possible to learn valuable life skills. By age 10 Zach was helping with projects such as framing, finishing basements, installing drywall, building decks, and painting. His knack for construction followed him through school where he focused on woodworking and construction.

Zach is DMACC accredited working with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. He started Acclaimed Property Solutions with the dream of creating a company that is “acclaimed” for having solutions for your property needs.
